Mary Ann has been a successful realtor since 1999 and looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs. She is a continuing member of the Savannah Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society which recognizes top agents for their sales production. 2004 was a record year for Mary Ann with $7.3 million in sales. She is dedicated to giving the best service to her clients which has resulted in repeat sales and many referrals.
Mary Ann was born in Charlottesville, VA and graduated from East Carolina University in 1985 with a BSBA in Marketing. She is married to Bill Forrester who is a head swim coach for GCAT (Georgia Coastal Aquatic Team). They have 2 beautiful daughters, Patrica (10) and Lindsey (7). They are members of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church. Mary Ann is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah and a league representative for the SCSL (Savannah Coastal Swim League). She enjoys running, swimming and watching her children blossom and grow!
